Absolutely. All Titan tradespeople hold current Victorian licences for their respective trades. Our plumbers are licensed under the Plumbing Industry Commission (VBA registered) and our roofers hold current roofing licences. We're fully insured with public liability and workmanship cover on every job.

Yes. We work with all major Australian insurers and can provide detailed written reports, photo documentation and itemised quotes formatted specifically for insurance claims. We can also liaise directly with your insurer's assessors on your behalf to make the process as smooth as possible.

We offer a full workmanship guarantee on all jobs — 12 months as standard, and 10 years on complete roof replacements. If any issue arises from our work within the guarantee period, we return and rectify it at no cost. This is in addition to any manufacturer's warranties on materials we supply and install.

Yes — and this is one of our biggest advantages over single-trade specialists. Many jobs benefit from both trades working together: roof leak repairs often require plumbing work to trace water ingress, and bathroom renovations may need both a plumber and ceiling repairs. We coordinate both trades seamlessly under one job, one quote and one invoice.

For larger jobs such as roof replacements or major plumbing re-pipes, we offer flexible payment terms. Please discuss your requirements with our team when requesting your quote and we'll do our best to accommodate. We accept all major payment methods including card, bank transfer and EFTPOS.
